30-Day Free Replacement: If there are manufacturing defects in the lighting fixtures, we will repair or replace the fixtures within 30 days after purchase. If a replacement is needed due to the problem, we will replace the fixture with the same model as the one sent. If the model has been discontinued, the customer will receive a product with similar or improved performance.

12-Month Free Repair: For LetonPower diving lights and accessories, if any problems occur during normal use within 12 months after purchase, we will provide free repair services. Faults or damages caused by improper use, unauthorized modifications or alterations are not included. Please register your LetonPower diving light on the official website to obtain an additional one-year warranty (excluding accessories). The serial number of the LetonPower flashlight is located on the head of the flashlight.

Limited Lifetime Warranty: If problems occur within 12 months after purchase (for diving flashlights and accessories), we will charge for the cost of parts. The total repair cost will be evaluated based on the cost of the replacement materials.

Contact Your Dealer First: You can provide your LetonPower warranty card, purchase invoice, receipt or other proof from the seller when purchasing our lights, and directly contact your dealer to obtain warranty services. LetonPower will provide service support to the dealers.

Shipping Costs: We highly recommend consumers to purchase our products from local authorized dealers. Our local dealers will provide you with high-quality after-sales services. To protect the rights and interests of our dealers, for products not purchased through our local dealers, we will be directly responsible for the after-sales services, but the return shipping costs will be borne by the consumers themselves.
